i'm finally back here bloggin ... abit of stuff to update u guys on. this wk has been okay okay lah ...

ever since the start of my JC life, i've always complained that JC life sucks... it's tiring, stressful and very xiong. and finally my body has given up and broken down. FYI: i've been sick for 2days liao...dont wry, i'm feelin much better liao ... no more temp. except i still have the bland taste in my mouth, to me, tat's the worst part when u're sick. still ... i wanna Praise the Lord for healing me in jus ONE day! amazing how my prayers can be answered in jus a short while. wanna thank my xiaomeis, sisters and brothers, esp Lionel and Dan for prayin for me ... really appreciate it. these things come for a reason, i have more faith to trust now ...

couple of reasons why i got sick:

1) too stressed up with JC life - the stress refers to how busy i am, not how much i study ... frankly speakin, only the hmwk. kills me and drains my brain. eg: maths tutorial on conics. i donno why, but it takes me ages to finish one Qn (the Qn has part i, ii, iii) and it's super sickening ... cos i cant rmb the formulaes yet and when i finish one Qn, i usually give up. another eg: Econs bcos it's getting more chim man. lookin back, demand & supply , elasticity and application is so simple lah (except for essay part) ... now we're at Market Structure liao lor and i've yet to read on the 2 prev chapt on Economies of Scale & Size of Firms, and Theory of Production & Costs... sickenin

2) in case u havent watched the news lately, u realise that it has been raining almost everyday? ... tat's the reason why i got sick too ... how? i walked in the rain on Tues, was hoping for it to stop by goin for 3rd period PE but in the end, i couldnt tahan and walked slowly (i shud have chionged) out of VJ, cross the overhead bridge and to the bus-stop. my fault i admit ...

so i took MC for Thurs and today. was actually feelin alot better this morning (temp. was 36.9'C) but i told my mom, "can i take a day off?" haha ... think i really need the break lah, exams are round the corner and i think now's the right time to even ask for a well-deserved rest ... and i got 4days of rest man, Thurs + Today + Sat + Sun ... yay!
supposed to go for some session tmr at VJ but i'm not goin... bcos i'm still not 100% sure that i'll be okay tmr. being sick sucks, but being sick at the right timings is sometimes satisfying

moving on...

i got my mid-yr exam timetables on Wed. it starts on 20++ of June, tat's str away after June Hols. it's gonna be tough and stuff cos it's my 1st exam in JC, excited yet lots of work is required. before midyrs, we have lots of extra extra stuff. here are some:

1) nxt wk (if i'm not wrong) is SPA mock Practical for Chem (donno abt Phy) ... testing us on Skill A ( this one super diff lah) and Skill B ( simple, done it 7+ times liao lor)

2) the wk after (aka 5th wk of the term) is the beginning of lectures assessment. meaning that we're having tests on every lecture, which means i needa memorise the new chapt ... and.. oso recap all the prev stuff taught, sian liao

aint lookin forward to all of these

there's rehearsals tmr for the Skit main characters, who are involved in the Good Friday Harvest Event

btw...
would anyone be interested to come for this Good Friday Harvest Event? it's gonna be lots of fun and ... u'll receive a "present" that will last Eternity ( i bet the Christians know what it is hor?) well these are the details: 11am to 3pm at TouchCentre (aka Parkway area) 3rd level on 14th April (nxt Fri)
if you're interested, pls notify me thrh SMS or MSN ... would appreciate it if u could lemme noe asap, preferably by nxt Mon (Lionel, sry i cant confirm that soon)

anyway, there's rehearsals tmr at EXPO coffee bean. will be abit embarrassin to rehearse there with pple watching but oh wells. apparently i'm one of the main characters in the skit, shud be interesting ...
then we're having rehearsals ( main characters + everyone else ) at my hse on Sunday morning before svc. woohoo! u guys have to wake up super early and travel here, whereas i can still lie on my bed. oops ! actually hor, i'm quite excited abt this Harvest Event and the skit thing. but needa make sure that i'm doin it with the right heart, yepp ... Laupa, grant me the right attitude and heart =p

bcos i was sick for yday and today. i wasnt able to go with Lionel on Thurs to visit Butt at Yami Yoghurt, sry to call it off last min ya? haha ... nxt time ba... today, i wasnt able to go for JTS (FYI: it's a VJ tradition that we have the Juniors Treat Seniors ) at Airport Swensens. did u guys have fun? haha ...

if i'm not wrong, i need not go for VJ Sports' Day nxt Thurs ... bcos BGSS is having Speech Day and since i'm the top student, they invited me back ... yay! it's been a long time since i visited the teachers man, haha ... i hope i dont have to give speech (last yr's top student from our Seniors' batch had to give one)

anyway, i'm gonna ... actually, i donno what i'm gonna do nxt, haha
